The Projekt46 Track Ready Kit is a complete chassis and suspension conversion for supported bikes moving from a factory 14"/17" setup to a 16"/19" MX configuration. Larger wheels, upgraded suspension, and the extended geometry add stability, ground clearance, and confidence on tracks, trails, and rough terrain.

Why It Matters

Building a compatible front end, rear suspension, wheel set, brake package, and extended chassis one part at a time creates expensive guesswork. Track Ready combines the tested Projekt46 setup into one coordinated package.

• 29" adjustable 45/48 mm USD forks, pre-tuned for track riding
• Black CNC upper and lower triple clamps
• 22 mm handlebar risers
• DNM MK-AR 290 mm rear shock with 1,000 lb spring
• 16"/19" MX wheel and tire set, mounted
• Front hydraulic brake kit
• Front and rear axles, spacers, and required mounting hardware

Fitment

Designed for supported Qronge Spark L, Aipas S1 Max, LeonX X1 Amp Max, LeonX Max 2.0, and similar mini e-motos equipped with a factory 14"/17" wheel setup. Contact Projekt46 before ordering if your exact configuration is not listed.

Before You Order

• A longer drive chain is required and sold separately.
• The factory rear brake assembly is reused; a rear brake kit is not included.
• Factory front and rear brake rotors and the rear sprocket must be transferred to the 16"/19" wheels.
• Installation changes suspension, braking, ride height, wheelbase, chain alignment, and handling.

Professional installation and a complete pre-ride safety inspection are strongly recommended. This is an oversize shipment and additional shipping charges may apply.
