ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

By purchasing, installing, or using any Projekt46 Bikes product, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

NO REFUNDS / NO RETURNS

- No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All products are sold FINAL SALE, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

- FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY ARE SOLELY THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

- The customer is responsible for confirming all measurements, dimensions, connectors, wiring, voltage, specifications, clearances, and compatibility with their specific bike, vehicle, components, and modifications before ordering and installation.

- Product descriptions, fitment references, recommendations, or assistance provided by Projekt46 Bikes do not transfer responsibility for compatibility to Projekt46 Bikes.

- Ordering an incorrect or incompatible part does not qualify the purchaser for a refund, return, or exchange.

INSTALLATION & USE

Projekt46 Bikes sells aftermarket and performance components that may alter the original design, handling, braking, suspension, electrical system, power, speed, or operation of a vehicle.

The customer assumes full responsibility for installation and use.

Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended. The customer is responsible for verifying proper installation, wiring, fastener torque, clearances, adjustment, component condition, and safe operation before riding.

Projekt46 Bikes is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring, modification, misuse, component incompatibility, crashes, racing, stunt riding, abuse, or improper maintenance.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY

Motorcycles, e-motos, e-bikes, and modified vehicles involve inherent risks, including PROPERTY DAMAGE, SERIOUS INJURY, AND DEATH.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the purchaser voluntarily assumes the risks associated with installation and use of Projekt46 Bikes products.

Projekt46 Bikes shall not be liable for injury, death, property damage, vehicle damage, loss of use, or other damages arising from improper installation, modification, misuse, incompatibility, racing, stunt riding, crashes, or operation of the vehicle.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

The customer is solely responsible for determining whether a product or modification is legal for their intended use and location and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Products identified as OFF-ROAD, RACING, OR COMPETITION USE ONLY are not represented as legal for public-road use.

PURCHASE, INSTALLATION, OR USE OF ANY PROJEKT46 BIKES PRODUCT CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY.
