Qronge & LeonX X1 Upgrades: Parts & Fitment Guide

Planning upgrades for a Qronge X1 Spark or LeonX X1? Start with your exact bike version, then choose the bodywork, wheels and suspension that suit your build. This guide connects the Projekt46 parts catalog with the fitment details to confirm before ordering.

Confirm fitment first. Send your bike model, version, production date if known, current modifications and clear photos to Projekt46 fitment support. A matching model name alone does not establish compatibility.

Plastics and graphics: plan the look together

Browse the Qronge and LeonX X1 Full Plastics Kit for supported bike options and available colors. Check the frame mounting points, seat interface and battery clearance. Depending on your exact bike, trimming, drilling or brackets may be required.

Graphics kits are sold separately. Confirm the graphics template matches the actual plastics you will use; choosing the same bike name does not establish that every replacement panel has the same shape. Send photos of your current or planned panels before approving a custom design.

14-inch supermoto or XL MX wheels?

14-inch supermoto wheel and tire kit: matching 14-inch front and rear wheels with road-focused tires. Check the listed 15 mm axle applications and all fitment measurements.
14/17 MX wheel kit: 17-inch front and 14-inch rear for supported configurations.
XL 16/19 MX wheel kit: 19-inch front and 16-inch rear. Check fork and swingarm clearance, chain length and the effect on ride height before committing to a larger setup.

Wheel diameter is only part of fitment. Confirm axle diameter, hub width, spacers, rotor and sprocket alignment, and tire clearance through suspension travel. Review the individual kit listing for included hardware and any additional shipping charges.

Apex suspension or Track Ready?

The Apex Suspension Kit combines a front-end conversion and rear shock for supported builds. The Track Ready Kit includes a broader chassis package with 16/19 MX wheels. Compare the current included-parts lists before buying separate wheels or suspension so you do not order duplicate components.

For a front-end project, compare the 29-inch forks and triple clamps with the aftermarket-fork front brake. Confirm steering stem, bearings, axle and brake mounting dimensions. Professional installation and a complete pre-ride inspection are recommended for wheel, suspension and brake changes.

Qronge and LeonX throttle fitment

The Qronge/LeonX Surron-style throttle requires confirmation before purchase. The LeonX option is for version 1.0 only. The Qronge option is for factory full-twist bikes built before October 2026 only.

Plug-and-play fitment is not guaranteed. Factory wiring and connectors can vary on bikes built before or after that date, and we do not have a test bike available to verify every version. Send photos of the original throttle and connectors; model name, connector appearance or wire color alone is not enough.

Processing times before shipping

Plastics: 60 days.
Graphics: 30 days.
Throttles: 30 days; some orders may ship sooner.
Wheels: 2 weeks.
